Citizens Advice North Lancashire is here for everyone. We can provide advice on your rights and responsibilities, and if you need help or support when life is difficult or unfair, our team can provide confidential, impartial, independent advice.

If you're not sure who to ask, we can probably help. We can provide clear, accurate information about housing, employment, welfare benefits, debt, family issues and much more. We can give brief advice on a one-off basis, or we can work with you to get things sorted out from filling in a form, to supporting you to challenge decisions. Our team of professional staff and trained volunteers work with thousands of people across our District day in, day out, challenging discrimination and poor practice and making sure that residents get the information, services and benefits they are entitled to.
