Singing for Lung Health taster session

Singing and breathing exercises that go along with singing are great for people with lung conditions. They can help manage symptoms like breathlessness and are  are also fun and sociable. Come along and try it out with our friends from 'Breath of Fresh Air' choir, led by Charlie Brown. No singing experience necessary!

This is something we hope to continue to run at the Gregson Centre, so coming along will give you an idea if you like it and might want to come back in future.
