What's life without a little fun? Yes, we said fun. At a health festival? Yes, at a health festival. Music is great for the soul. It helps us laugh and dance, it helps us reflect and grieve. The famous author Hans Christian Andersen is reported to have said: 'Where words fail, music speaks'. So, whether its a bit of Swing, a song from the shows or even a trip to the Ashton Hall for a bit of Beethoven; what's a health festival without music?
