The event will feature a selection of interactive activities for all ages, helping you to learn more about your health and discover ways to stay fit and healthy for life.
With other attractions including children's game and activities, music and entertainment and more, it promises to be a fun and inspiring day out for the whole family.
The event runs from 10am to 3pm on Saturday July 8 at Kendal Leisure Centre in Burton Road. Entry is free.
